I am more than surprised with the quality of the product!! I contacted the seller several times and never felt like I was disturbing..which is really important for me! The box is absolutely fantastic and inside the package there was a hand-written message by the seller thanking me for the purchase..(very personal...congratulations!) Not happy, didn't recieve, after many messages back and forth, they couldn't figure out who i was, or my order. Then said I was someone else from another country and gave me a tracking number….?!?! finally after 6 weeks, they blamed it on customs. Helps if you know who u r sending it to in the first place! Got a refund. will try elsewhere
