Ainy, I think your customer service is very good, but you have problem with your delivery products. I have bought a few items from various sellers from Vaporhawk and all items that I bought from you always slower delivery comparing to the other sellers. PLEASE SPEED UP WITH THE DELIVER, and you will be a fantastic seller. - A message from the Admin --- Ainy was not made aware of the shipping delay by the shipping provider (China Post). She now sends to a different port to avoid the shipping backlog at the other airport. She apologizes for the delay and would not cause it deliberately.
